RETURNS and REFUND POLICY

We accept returns (unworn, unwashed) for all orders 30 days after shipping but we offer free returns only to Germany.

In Germany

You'll get a DHL return shipping label with your order. All you need to do is, to send us the item with this label. When we get it, we'll check it's condition and if it's approved for return, we'll refund the total amount of the returned products with the same payment method as you used for your order. Note that we don't refund the shipping cost if you paid any for your order. It may take up to a week until you get your payment back. If you have paid by a gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be issued for you.

Outside Germany

Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Please start a return request by signing into your account or sending us an email (shop@clandestino.shop) with your order number and style number of the items that you want to return. Then pack and send your return by any trackable shipping method to the address below:

Exchanges

We don’t have an exchange system. If you want to exchange an item, you need to return the item and place a new order.
